Lauren and Brandon's Jewish wedding at Heartwood Hall last year was a dream. Built in 1840, this historic home sits on 25 acres of green, the perfect place for a Memphis wedding in May. Jewish weddings are some of my favorite to photograph - the ketubah, the wedding canopy, the breaking of glass, the dances - and everything about Lauren and Brandon's Memphis wedding was incredible to be a part of. They live in New York City but came back to Memphis to Heartwood Hall to say their wedding vows in Tennessee, where Lauren's family lives. It was a beautiful, beautiful day to be part of.
(Shot with my friend Jamie Clayton - thanks again Jamie!)
